We have some exciting news! While we’re saying goodbye to this current site, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re currently transitioning to a brand-new portal and community website. This change will bring you even more features, a smoother experience, and a more secure portal.

The Annual Membership and Budget Ratification Meeting has been rescheduled to via Zoom to allow additional time for homeowner interest in the open Board seats to be submitted. Please refer to the annual notice, which will be mailed to all homeowners of record, for detailed information, including login details and instructions.

How to submit an exterior change request to the Architectural Control Committee:

  1. Create detailed plans to include dimensions, elevations, materials, photos, samples, etc. These can be drawings.
  2. Complete the Architectural Submittal Form. Email your completed plans and form to designreview@pcms.net or mail to:

  3. The Architectural Control Committee may take up to 45 days to review your request. Once the committee has provided a response, a response letter will be mailed to you.

Please contact the trash provider directly for missed trash/recycling pickup. Trash containers need to be to the curb by 7 AM to be accepted for pickup. Trash is Thursdays and recycling every other week.
