2025 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule:
The Hillcrest at The Farm Board of Directors meets quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of February, May, August and November at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Please email PCMS at Corpoffice@pcms.net if you would like confirmation of the Zoom meeting login details. Be sure to include the address of the property you own when requesting this information.

Pool Key Card Requests
If you are a new homeowner and need a pool key card, please submit your request through the Vantaca homeowner portal. After logging in, do so by selecting “General Inquiry.”
If you’ve lost your key card or need a replacement, there is a $25 fee, which can be paid directly through the portal. Once payment is received, your key card will be activated and can be picked up at the Association office:

Please note that the main office doors close at 6:00 PM on weekdays, so plan your visit accordingly.

To register for early swim, please fill out the above form and return it to the PCMS office via email at corpoffice@pcms.net. You will receive a confirmation email, and your access card will be activated for the early swim hours.
