The Overlook & The Ascent Pool Information
First Time Pool Registrants: First time pool registrants must verify their residency by visiting The Overlook during office hours and provide a completed Overlook Registration Form. The Resident Waiver will also need to be signed when receiving their first access card, which can be done on site at The Overlook.
Returning Pool Registrants: Returning registrants must sign a new waiver each year prior to access, which can be completed online at this link: Resident Waiver. Pool Rules & Access Card Info

Holiday Office Hours
Holiday Office Hours:
We want to ensure that our staff members have the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones and enjoy a well-deserved break. Therefore, the HOA Overlook office will be closed, and the clubhouse will not be available for rent on the following days.
The office will be closed on the following holidays:
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day (No Rentals week of New Years)
- MLK Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day (Pools open at 10am, No Rentals)
- 4th of July (Pools closes at 5pm, No Rentals)
- Labor Day (Pools closes at 5pm for season, No Rentals)
- Thanksgiving Day (No Rentals Thursday-Sunday)
- Friday after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day (No Rentals week of Christmas)
The Overlook & The Ascent Pool Hours (Weather Permitting)
Overlook & Ascent Pool Hours: 6-9am Lap Swim / 10am-8pm Open Swim – 7 days a week, Sunday through Saturday.
Please also note that if the outside temperature is 60 degrees or below, the pools will have a delayed opening until temperature raises.
In the event of lightning within 10 miles of the pool location, the pool will be closed and re-open 30 minutes after the last strike outside of the 10 mile radius. Should you have any questions, please reach out to the office manager at the contact info above.
Pools opens from the Saturday before Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day each year – weather permitting.
Pool hours do change once school resumes in August.

Sun-Sat – 7 days a week – 5am-10pm
Overlook Gym Hours:
Open only during office hours due to patio construction unless posted otherwise for Rental Events
